We trade under the name MeetOrigins ("Origins", "we", "us", or "our").

5.1 Businesses may register their interest in becoming a merchant partner through our merchant waitlist. The same terms in Section 4 apply to merchant waitlist registrations.

5.2 Merchant waitlist registration does not constitute a merchant agreement. Businesses that wish to accept payments through the Origins platform when it launches will need to enter into a separate Merchant Services Agreement, the terms of which will be provided at that time.

6.1 All intellectual property rights in the Website, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, design elements, text, graphics, software, and other content, are owned by or licensed to RasaOrigin Ltd.

6.2 The Origins name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of RasaOrigin Ltd. You may not use these without our prior written consent.

6.3 You may view and download content from the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Website without our prior written consent.
